1. How secure is your environment?

We use Apricot, an in-house JAVA software developed by us to store your server information. We also use secure, state of the art Dell machines to maintain your data, which we backup daily.

3. How many techs can you provide?

Generally, we provide 3 techs at the start of a contract. If you need more techs, you just have to let us know one month in advance.


4. We need to run 24/7. How many techs would I need to hire? 

We can provide you with three techs who for work you 24/6 initially. Once you confirm your services with us, we'll deliver four more techs to supplement your 24/7 requirement.


5. How experienced are your techs?

We provide techs who have an experience of 3 years and above in the web linux technicians,hosting industry. We also provide techs who have undergone a one month training program with us. To build your own team, you can have a combination of experienced techs and trainees. The trainees can work for you under the guidance of the experienced techs.


6. Do the charges depend on the experience level of the techs?

Yes, the charges for the techs are directly proportional to their experience. The more experienced the tech, the higher the charge.


7. Is hiring a trainee tech a bad idea?

The trainees will always have their trainers who have more than six-seven years experience in the web linux technicians,hosting industry to help them. Thus, they will build on their technical expertise quickly. Thus, hiring a trainee with us is not a bad idea.


8. Do you have a contract renewal period?

Yes. We renew all contracts with our clients every year after the sign-up. If the requirements are the same as at the time of the contract sign-up, we have a 15% hike margin at the time of contract renewal.Else, we renew the charges as per the experience level of the techs.


9. How do I get started with Support? 

You can open a ticket at https://www.ticketforge.com stating your requirements. We'll get back to you within one hour of receiving your request and guide you through the rest of the process.


10. How do I pay you?
